Configurations
Our Product Catalog allows you to create and maintain complex product permutations like configurations.  When presented in your call center and web store, these products can drive options that build the total price and contain dependencies that keep orders from being entered incorrectly.

In the example shown above, the configuration entry screen shows price changes as the customer selects upgrades to their base configuration.  Once configured, the item can be re-ordered “as previously configured” or changes can be made to the configuration selection.

Product Search
In addition to SKU # and Style Header # (for creating / managing a family of color / size type items), ProfitCenter allows the call center and web store shoppers to do advanced searches using key words, partial words, dollar range, brand name, category and many other variables. 

Add our optional search module for web and / or call centers and your searches can result in faceted groupings from product attributes, such as several dollar ranges, OEM and non-OEM groupings, leather, vinyl & fabric groupings.  You define the product attributes, then define the groupings that are created by each product result.

Component Compatibility Finder
Our optional search module can be used to drive consumable and component product searches based on your defined list of product questions.  Each question can limit what options are available in the next drop-down, as shown below:

Each vendor can be assigned a specific method for communication throughout the purchase order lifecycle: EDI, vendor web portal, mapped file transfer, email, fax or print for manual transmission.
