To compete in today’s “speed to market” environment, we publish your product data in an “open” technological environment so vendors can participate in rules based co-publishing of your product data, data updates and price changes: web content, specifications, attributes and purchasing communications.

Each product can have an unlimited number of suppliers, with manual selection or rules based automated selection.  Each vendor can be assigned a specific method for communications throughout the purchase order lifecycle: EDI, vendor web portal, mapped file transfer, email, fax or print for manual transmission. 

Electronic transmission methods (e.g.; EDI, vendor web portal and mapped file transfer) are bi-directional communications, meant to accomplish unattended receipt of advance ship date advisement, ship notifications, ship tracking number and invoice data.  Drop ship transmissions include customized branded packing slip and automatic status change and ship notification emails to your customer.

Every client gets unlimited use of our Vendor Portal, to automate bi-directional communications for low order volumes without the setup of more formal options.  Vendors log-in to their account to see, confirm and advise ship status of stock and drop ship orders.  If a vendor updates a drop ship order on their portal, a ship date notification automatically advises your customer by email (if outside date tolerances you pre-set) and your vendor prints / includes your branded packing slip with every order shipped (also available at the line level, for partial shipments).
