Without the hardworking, devoted people that make up the team at PCS, there would be no ProfitCenter Software and I would not have a job here. It is all about the people! PCS is built on people! The development, implementation, marketing, quality assurance, sales, customer support, administration, finance and management staff are all part of the team that defines PCS.
Our customers have products that they sell, the orders are taken (on PCS of course) and then the fulfillment process begins. The pick lists are generated, products are picked, the boxes are packed, shipping labels are applied and the truck backs up to the loading dock to take the products to the folks that purchased them.
At PCS, we do not pick our products in a warehouse and pack them. At PCS, we do not have a loading dock where the truck backs up and the boxes are loaded for transportation. At PCS, we do not measure our productivity by the number of lines picked per hour or the number of orders shipped in a day. At PCS, we have bright, dedicated, hardworking, talented people and our software solutions are built on the intellect and hard work that those people provide. At PCS, our most important resource is people!
Being able to find the right people for the right job is not an easy task. Some people step up and make it happen, and some do not, but the ones that make it happen, make PCS happen! This month’s employee spotlight is for each employee on the PCS team, THANK YOU!
