Ross Hart Vice President Sales. Southeast
Ross Hart joined ProfitCenter Software on February 1, 2006 in the role of Vice President – Sales, Southeast. He previously spent over 5 years at Ecometry Corporation with his last position there being a Regional Sales Manager.

Before joining PCS, Mr. Hart studied and researched the technology and solution offered by PCS and compared PCS’ delivery of web based applications to the other alternatives available to multi-channel direct marketers. PCS is offered as an On Demand service that starts with lead and list management, continues through sales force automation, order management, eCommerce, and fulfillment, and concludes with a robust accounting package and comprehensive reporting, all in one single application.

Having experience with most of the multi-channel packages, the PCS product really caught me by surprise,” declared Mr. Hart. “It breaks out above the standard list of functionality to overcome present competitors’ shortcomings by including (for example) search engine optimization, dramatically reducing reliance on paying for search engine key words! In addition, the PCS solution addresses drop shipment automation, not just electronic communication, but also supply chain logic for multiple vendors, warehouses, inventory levels, lead times, costs. It then applies vendor performance to maximize product availability to customers of direct marketers,” added Mr. Hart.
