UNIONDALE – When your whole business model revolves around the sales success of one day, you better get it right.
Florida’s Extreme Halloween, a 10-year-old online merchant of costumes and accessories, decided it was time to integrate its 13 e-commerce Web sites into a more consolidated strategy. So it has tapped Uniondale’s Profit Center Software, makers of a profitability software suite that centralizes customer information into one system.
“We want to automate as many order and customer service processes as possible, and this is especially important because of the planned e-commerce growth we have ahead,” Extreme Halloween President Harold Maxwell said in a statement.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Profit Center Software is a wholly owned subsidiary of Systemax Inc. (NYSE: SYX), a Fortune 1000 direct marketing company. At Tuesday's close, Systemax shares were down 2.5 percent to $7.60 apiece.
