PCS to Host First Annual User Conference in Las Vegas, Sept. 27-29, 2006

AT&T, Litle & Co., Systemax, Ernie Schell and Other Industry Leaders to Present

Uniondale, NY, August 29, 2006 — ProfitCenter Software Inc. (PCS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Systemax Inc. (NYSE: SYX), and a premier provider of web-based, on-demand software for multichannel and direct marketing merchants, will be hosting its first User Conference at the Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV on September 27th through the 29th.

The conference will bring together many PCS clients, users and friends in a dynamic environment, to allow for the sharing of PCS success stories, as well as productive and provocative discussion on direct marketing strategies and trends.
