Uniondale-based ProfitCenter Software Inc. is hoping its first user conference at the Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas will be a full house.
The Sept. 27-28 event will bring together clients, users and company representatives to share their experiences with PCS’s online sales and fulfillment offering. The goal, according to PCS, is to foster a “proactive discussion on direct marketing strategies and trends.”
Mathew Ehrlich, president and chief executive of PCS, said getting old and new customers together to share stories promises something for everyone.
“We know our clients have found innovative ways to use solutions such as PCS to increase efficiencies within their businesses. This will be the perfect forum for them to share best practices with others,” said Ehrlich.
Headliners of the event include Richard Leeds, chief executive of PCS parent Systemax Inc., and Keith Coffin, a client business manager at AT&T.
Presentations will include “How to turn your credit card processing into a profit center,” “Online rebates – how to increase sales and price search optimization” and “Ten keys to multi-channel systems success.”
The event will also offer breakout sessions on order entry, customer service, search engine optimization and best practices for e-commerce.
When not hammering out direct marketing strategies, attendees will have the opportunity to watch Cirque du Solei perform a special show based on the music and lyrics of the Beatles.
