  • Multiple picking algorithms for zone, cart and line picking routines
     
  • Wireless picking devices available (dynamic or batch processing)
     
  • Order entry internal requisitioning for stock, non-stock and non-catalog products and services for your staff and inventory
     
  • Purchase requisitions are automatically created for stock items based on the inventory values, lead times and balances
     
  • Purchasing for stock, non-stock and non-catalog products and services
     
  • Stock Purchasing is tied to Inventory and Product Maintenance. Purchase requisitions are converted to Purchase Orders. Purchase Orders are transmitted through a variety of functionality, based on the supplier’s preference, such as EDI 850, cXML or other formats. Stock purchases integrate with Inventory and will create ‘Inventory on Order’ balances
     
  • Non-Stock Purchasing is part of a dynamic process. The order or requisition in the application will trigger a purchase order to be created. The purchase order can go directly to the supplier, whether that is manually or via EDI 850
     
  • Management of multiple warehouse, stores and inventory locations
     
  • Inventory is tied to Product Management where all products are cataloged, priced, sourced and maintained. Inventory can interface with any warehousing system or it can be implemented as stand alone. Order entry is tied to the inventory system so that the availability of stock items is viewable in a real time environment to all employees during the order entry process
     
  • Inventory items are maintained demographically with cost, in Product Maintenance. Inventory management can adjust balances, while the purchasing system creates on-order balances
     
  • The receiving function creates on-hand balances. There is a continuing dynamic existing between customer order entry, shipping approvals, issues out of inventory, invoicing and accounts receivable
     
  • Automatic restocking and reorder routines integrated to inventory, purchasing and receiving.
     
  • Bar coding for products, bin/shelf locations, receiving and point of verification
     
  • Receiving integrates with purchasing, inventory and accounts payable to validate purchased items received, update inventory balances and create the obligation in accounts payable. Electronic EDI shipping documents, receiving by exception and handheld receiving devices can streamline the receiving process
     
  • Physical inventory counts, ABC cycle counts and stock adjustments.
     
  • Invoicing, invoice matching, vouchers and checks are automated. The vendor file data is maintained, non material obligations are recorded and payments are made through a variety of functions built around check writing and electronic payments. EDI 810 invoices along with one, two and three way invoice matching make invoice reconciliation accurate, fast and efficient. Vouchering, check processing and EFT (electronic fund transfer) complete the transactions with your suppliers and vendors
